In the pipeline.

What am I up to alongside Grubtown Tales? Well, be on the lookout for some very different non-fiction later in the year. And, yes, that IS a picture of me on that front cover; reason enough for spending £8.99, I’d say!

From Clapham to New York

Did my last bookshop event promoting The Rise of the House of McNally on Tuesday. It was at Ottakar’s Clapham — lovely staff, lovely audience: THANK YOU! — and was a nice cheery way to end what’s been a fun mix of events and newspaper and radio interviews. I’m off to the US on Sunday to start my American book tour to mark the publication of The Fall of Fergal over there. I start off in New York and then make my way across to California and then (should) end up back in New York. .. all in just under three weeks. If I have the technology, I may try writing this on-line journal whilst I’m over there. More likely than not, there’ll be a long silence until my return!
